I _______________ have purchase a puppy from Grobe's Bulldogs on __________. I am responsible for the care from here on for my Olde Bulldogge. I am aware that I have a 90 days guarantee against Life threatening genetic illnesses identified from a licensed veterinarian from the date puppy is purchased.
In the event that a Life threatening genetic illness arises,the buyer has 5 days to return puppy with all documents from a veterinarian. Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian bills and transportation to and from seller. If seller's veterinarian has concluded that there is a Life threatening genetic issue,that is the final opinion. I the seller will guarantee a puppy of similarity to buyer in that instance when 1st puppy is available.
At no time does seller agree to cash refund.
Seller does not agree to common easily treated conditions. Examples are below,
roundworms,coccidia,tapeworms,hookworms,giardia,fleas,tiny scrapes,scratches,bites from other puppies,easily treated coughs.
Keep in mind that your puppy will have a veterinarian exam before leaving the seller, puppy will have age appropriate vaccinations,wormings and any other meds needed. If a puppy is not fit to sell at that point I will not sell the puppy.
The guarantee does not cover against hip dysplasia due to factors that environment could play a factor and is a result of breed characteristics that are specified in breed standards. That does not cause pain or discomfort to the puppy.
Owner agrees to take puppy to veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase of puppy or guarantee is voided or no longer in effect.
Owner agrees to provide current vaccinations,wormings,vet visits, heartworm meds and any treatment needed by their veterinarian.
If puppy is bred the guarantee is void or no longer in effect.
Our puppies are being sold as pets only. Seller can not guarantee breedability or show quality. That is impossible to determine at puppy age.
Seller's 90 day guarantee includes,
sudden death due to genetic issues, puppy will be replaced with comparable puppy when available upon receipt of deceased puppy's death certificate and necropsy report with a picture of deceased puppy stating findings are due to genetic illness.
All postmortem-necropsy procedures done are responsibility of buyer.Again results are to be looked over by seller's veterinarian and to be the final decision. Transportation to and from seller is responsibility of buyer.
Seller does not guarantee against any situations of a puppy mishap or accidental death or puppy neglect. If you are aware puppy is sick and neglect to take sick puppy to vet and puppy dies due to non-genetically related issues we do not guarantee puppy replacement.
Your puppy will come with a sample of Diamond puppy food. If you are not able to use Diamond you can gradually switch over to your choice of puppy food.
